Craig Heisinger speaks to the Collegiate

On Wednesday afternoon the collegiate was fortunate to host Craig Heisinger.  Craig is the Assistant General Manager and Director of Hockey Operations for the Winnipeg Jets.  Mr. Heisinger came to Carman to speak about his dear friend Rick Rypien and the struggles he had with mental health while being apart of the Manitoba Moose and into his NHL career.  We left the presentation knowing we need to talk and reach out to others when we are not feeling well and there is no stigma attached to mental illness.  Thank you to Mrs. Ens for organizing this event !

Go Jets Go !!!!!

Blood Typing !

Thank you so much to the Canadian Blood Services for travelling to Carman in order to complete a blood typing session over the lunch hour.  We look forward to hosting a blood drive on October 27th here at the Collegiate !
